#Selfcaresaves Member Retreat 2024

We are very excited to be hosting our first Mums Who Wine #Selfcaresaves Member Retreat in Dromana (Vic) on 20 - 23 February 2024. 

Hosted at the stunning Bay Views from Drury Lane - this is a powerful and life changing retreat focussed on setting you up for 2024.  

We love connecting mums and giving a chance for mums to have time off the mum clock, but this retreat will go deeper than we ever have before. You will leave empowered, equipped and encouraged. Not only will you see the impact, but your family and those around you. 


  • 3 nights accommodation at Bay Views from Drury Lane (shared and solo room options available);
  • All meals cooked and prepared by our own private chef (breakfast, lunch and our amazing feast style banquets and 2 course dinners!);
  • Welcome drinks on arrival;
  • Daily Sessions with Amanda Hodgson, Habit and Mindset Coach. 
  • Daily Sessions with Lauren Oliver, Founder/CEO of Mums Who Wine;
  • Incredible afternoon activities (these are a surprise for now - but they will be EPIC);
  • A few cheeky vinos by the pool to relax and connect with the other mums (yes we have our own pool!!);
  • Self care pack for every attendee;
  • Access to own private #selfcaresaves retreats FB group to connect and inspire;
  • 2 x follow up group zoom sessions after the retreat so that you can stay supported and connected.

The focus of this retreat is to help support your mental health and empower you with tools and strategies for 2024. Sessions will include, but not limited to: 

  • Learning how the brain is wired to keep us ‘safe’. In this you will discover what areas your brain is keeping you safe. 
  • Tools to use in a morning routine/health habits  to set you up and equip you to be the best version of yourself;
  • Learning how to recruit others in your system and strategies for communicating with your family what you need.
  • Practical sessions to set your own morning routine that works for YOU - these will be tailored to your individual needs and the needs of your family. 
  • Understanding boundaries and identifying where in your life you need to set healthy boundaries to protect your time and mental headspace;
  • How to find peace amongst the chaos of mum life and developing simple strategies to navigate times of overwhelm;
  • How to ignite and follow your passion and for some - identifying what it is you are passionate about! 


The focus of this retreat is to send you home different and equipped. Here are a few of the outcomes you will achieve from the retreat;

  • Better health (improved sleep, inner health and fitness)
  • Increased happiness by better understanding of self;
  • Better relationships;
  • Decreased fatigue;
  • Practical strategies that you can use every day to navigate stress, overwhelm and to stay focussed and grounded. 


We have a range of bedding and ticket options available. Spots are limited, so please make sure you decide on what option you want to choose before Friday.

Ticket Release:

Tickets will be released at 1pm on Friday 8 December at 1pm.

To secure your spot we will require a $250 deposit to secure your spot. We usually request a 50% deposit, however very mindful we are a few weeks before Christmas so we are just asking for a small deposit so we can secure your spot!

When booking you will choose what type of package/bedding you would like. 

Once spot is secured we will send an invoice for the remaining payment. All payments must be made by 6 February 2024. You are welcome to pay this off in installments if preferred.

1. Lauren Oliver – CEO and Founder, Mums Who Wine

Lauren is the Founder of the national organisation Mums Who Wine which is dedicated to creating a space for mums to invest in their mental health and self care. Prior to launching Mums Who Wine in 2017, Lauren spent 10 years practising as a Senior Insurance Litigation Lawyer specialised in psychiatric injury and bullying claims.

Lauren's passion is to support the mental health and wellbeing of her community. During Covid Lockdowns she ran daily sessions with her members to help support them and empower them during this time. 

She is also an incredible leader, having mentored many women over the past 15+ years helping them with their emotional and spiritual growth. In 2022 she undertook a 9 month Fellowship Program to learn and understand Worldview and Culture to ensure she could serve her community in an even better way.

2. Amanda Hodgson – Healthy Habit Coach

Amanda is the Founder of AH Coaching, a performance coaching business she launched after working with business clients and realising that people rarely set targets to their true potential. 

Amanda has a passion to ensure no one goes to bed with regret and wakes the next day ready to #bebetter than they were the day before.

Outside of business, Amanda is passionate about spending time with her family (her husband and two sons), exercising and has made a conscious effort to not forget to have fun along the way.

Cancellation Policy:

Please note that because our retreats are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help us work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

  1. $250 deposit is refundable within 30 days of the retreat. 

  2. Within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given. However if you can find someone to replace you, then we will refund the full amount.
