You are invited to our MWW Member Noosa Getaway 2024. A chance for an awesome group of mums to come together, relax, recharge, drink some cocktails by the pool, eat amazing food and much more!

INCLUSIONS:
This beautiful getaway will include:
- 4 nights accommodation in our own private deluxe villas at Peppers Noosa- 2 x 4 bedroom and 1 x 5 bedroom (shared rooms and solo rooms available);
- Buffet breakfast daily;
- Delicious banquet dinner at Sum Yung Guys;
- Our own 3 hour private sunset cruise including bubbles with Noosa River and Canal Cruises
- Private VIP Canape Dining Experience at Rice Boi Upstairs;
- Day out at Eumundi Markets https://eumundimarkets.com.au/
- Amazing culinary experience enjoying a contemporary Asian banquet in our own private dining room at Spirit House;
- Bottomless Lunch at Miss Money Penny Noosa includes:
- Three course menu including complimentary sides served banquet share style.
- Two hour beverage package inclusive of sparkling, wine, beer, cocktails and spritzers.
- Sleeping late, relaxing by the pool and filling our cup to overflow - all child free!
PRICE:
1. $1599pp - Shared Room (12 Spots Available)
This will be a shared room with 2 x King Single Beds.
If you are booking with a friend then I will make sure you are both in the same room. If you are booking on your own but still happy to share, don't worry I will make sure you are in with another amazing mumma. I put a lot of thought into room allocations :)
2. $2199pp - Solo Room (8 Spots Available)
Your own solo room with King/Queen bed.
BOOK YOUR SPOT:
To secure your spot we will require a $500 deposit for a shared room and $750 deposit for a solo room.
Installment payment dates:
After your deposit has been paid, you will need to pay the remaining payment in two installments:
1. Installment one - to be paid by Friday 15 March 2024
- Shared room $549.50
- Solo room - $724.50
2. Installment two - to be paid by Friday 17 May 2024
- Shared room $549.50
- Solo room - $724.50
A few final things to note:
1. If you and a friend are doing a shared room, you BOTH need to purchase an individual spot and pay a deposit to secure each spot.
2. You can purchase more than one spot at a time, however these need to be for valid Mums Who Wine Members and we will contact and request the details of each attendee.
3. Once the 18 spots are allocated, we are sold out.
We are so excited and know this is going to be an incredible getaway!
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED:
Return Flights
To confirm that flights are NOT included in the getaway price and will need to be organised separately.
We will have mums literally flying from across the country to attend the getaway, so organising group flights was not an option.
Once your getaway spot is secured, we will create a private FB group for attendees which will enable you to chat and connect and also coordinate flights if you need, so you are not travelling alone.
These FB group have been a huge hit with previous getaways and retreats, with many friendships formed online before the event even began!
Additional lunches/drinks:
We have tried to include as much as we can so you won't need much spending money, but of course there will be a few extra things to purchase like some lunches, extra drinks, shopping/pampering so bring a little extra spending money :)
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that because our getaways are limited to a small number of attendees, to allow for a more personable, intimate experience, our cancellation policy is in place to help us work together sharing expenses that may arise from unexpected cancellations.

Deposit is fully refundable within 8 weeks of retreat.

Full balance due 6 weeks before start date of retreat unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation requests submitted within 30 days of retreat date, 50% of total getaway amount will be refunded. If we can fill the spot (full amount will be refunded).

Within 14 days of the retreat: sorry but no refunds given. However if you can find someone to replace you, then we will refund the full amount.
