Mums Who Wine 2025/2026 Affiliate Program – Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Mums Who Wine Affiliate Membership Program (“Affiliate Membership”), provided by Mums Who Wine Pty Ltd (“MWW”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By applying for and/or accepting the benefits of the Affiliate Membership, you (“Affiliate”, “you” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Membership Inclusions

As an MWW Affiliate Paid Member, your business will receive the following inclusions:

1.1 Social Media Promotion

  • Minimum of one (1) feature post on Mums Who Wine’s national Instagram and Facebook accounts (combined following of 37,000+).

  • Note: This benefit is limited to the first 100 businesses who join the Paid Affiliate Membership.

1.2 Affiliate Directory Listing

  • Your business will be listed in the Mums Who Wine Affiliate Directory on the MWW website.

  • Your listing includes:

    • Up to 2 images

    • Website link

    • Social media link(s)

    • A clearly stated member benefit (i.e., discount, offer or special package exclusive to MWW members).

1.3 Digital Member Benefit Guide Feature

  • A half-page feature in the new MWW Member Benefit Digital Guide.

  • Feature includes:

    • Up to 4 images

    • Website link

    • Social media link(s)

    • Member benefit

  • The Guide will be:

    • Featured on the MWW Homepage and Member Benefits page;

    • Pinned post on the MWW Facebook page (17,000+ followers);

    • Pinned in all MWW Facebook Groups (15,000+ members);

    • Shared via featured link in MWW Instagram Linktree (21.5K followers)

1.4 Newsletter Feature

  • A minimum of one (1) feature in MWW’s National EDM (Email Direct Marketing) newsletter, sent to a database of 6,000+ subscribers.

2. Term and Duration

  • The Affiliate Membership benefits are valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance and payment, unless otherwise specified in writing.

3. Member Benefit Requirement

  • All Affiliate Members are required to provide a clear and tangible benefit to MWW members (e.g., discount, added value service).

  • This benefit must remain valid for the entire term of the Affiliate Membership.

  • If the benefit is a % discount, the minimum discount must be 10%.

  • Changes to the benefit must be submitted to MWW in writing and approved before being updated on any platform.

4. Exclusion of Children-Related Businesses

The Mums Who Wine Affiliate Membership is exclusively curated for businesses that align with the Mums Who Wine brand, which is focused on self-care, wellbeing, and connection for mothers as individuals.

As such, businesses whose primary products or services are targeted at children or are primarily child-related (including but not limited to children’s clothing, toys, educational products, childcare services, or parenting tools) are not eligible for Affiliate Membership.

Mums Who Wine reserves the right to assess and determine the suitability of any business applying for Affiliate Membership, and may decline or revoke membership if the business is deemed not aligned with these criteria.

5. Right to Decline or Exclude Businesses

Mums Who Wine reserves the right to decline, refuse, or revoke Affiliate Membership to any business at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

This includes, but is not limited to, businesses that:

  • Are not aligned with the Mums Who Wine brand values or target audience;

  • Offer products or services deemed inappropriate, offensive, or inconsistent with the purpose of the Affiliate Membership;

  • Engage in conduct or practices that may reflect negatively on the Mums Who Wine brand or community.

All decisions made by Mums Who Wine regarding eligibility and participation are final and non-negotiable.

6. Content Submission

  • Affiliates are responsible for providing all required content (images, business description, links, member benefit details) within 14 days of acceptance.

  • Failure to provide content within this timeframe may delay the delivery of listed benefits.

7. Representation and Conduct

  • Affiliates must represent their business and MWW respectfully, inclusively, and professionally at all times.

  • MWW reserves the right to remove any Affiliate whose conduct is deemed inconsistent with the values or reputation of MWW.

8. Social Media Advertising and Content Control

  • All social media content created and published as part of the Mums Who Wine Affiliate Membership, including but not limited to posts on Instagram and Facebook, shall be produced, scheduled, and published solely at the discretion of Mums Who Wine.

  • Mums Who Wine retains full creative control over:

  • The style, wording, and format of any post;

  • The selection of imagery or content;

  • The timing and platform of publication.

  • Affiliate Members will not have input, approval rights, or editing privileges over any content shared on Mums Who Wine’s social media channels. MWW will, where practical, use provided materials but reserves the right to modify or adapt content to align with brand voice, messaging, and platform best practices.

9. Non-Exclusivity

  • The Affiliate Membership is non-exclusive. MWW reserves the right to partner with and promote other businesses within the same or similar industries.

10. Termination

  • MWW reserves the right to terminate an Affiliate Membership without refund if:

    • The Affiliate breaches these Terms;

    • The Affiliate misrepresents MWW or violates community standards;

    • The Affiliate fails to deliver the promised benefit to MWW members.

11. Limitation of Liability

  • MWW makes no guarantees of sales, leads, or business outcomes from participation.

  • MWW will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in the Affiliate Membership.

12. Amendments

  • These Terms may be updated by MWW from time to time. Affiliates will be notified of any material changes.

13. Non-Refundable Membership Fee

All fees paid for the Mums Who Wine Affiliate Membership are strictly non-refundable, regardless of usage, early termination, or perceived value received.

By joining the Affiliate Membership and submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • No refunds, full or partial, will be issued under any circumstances;

  • Failure to provide required materials or respond in a timely manner does not constitute grounds for a refund;

  • Removal or revocation of membership due to breach of these Terms or brand misalignment will not entitle the Affiliate to a refund.
