#Selfcaresaves F45 Training Session

As part of our #selfcaresaves campaign to help raise awareness about the importance of self care on a mothers mental health, you are invited to our #selfcaresaves F45 Training Session on Friday 20 July at 6:30pm!

Hosted by our affiliate F45 Training Spotswood, the team will be putting on a FREE training session for our mums followed by a glass of bubbles. This is an opportunity for mums to prioritise their self care, whilst also connecting with local mums in their community.

This event is FREE - we simply ask for a gold coin donation at the door with all proceeds donated to Perinatal Anxiety and Depression Australia. Luke and Toni - owners of F45 Spotswood will match every donation made on the night so we can double the donation to PANDA. Absolutely incredible.
