Upon signing up you will receive a Mums Who Wine Keyring with an expiry sticker in the mail. Add this to your keys and use this when you attend any of your local Mums Who Wine Affiliates to redeem your VIP benefit.
You will also receive access to our Mums Who Wine Website member areas. This is where you can access online discount codes, our online member hub and virtual sessions and member only events and member pre-release. YES!!! That is what is so amazing about our membership, you can use this every time you attend your local affiliates. Whether it is to receive a free coffee, free wine or discount at your local boutique, flash your membership keyring to the staff to redeem your benefit.
ABSOLUTELY! Our events are just a small part of our membership. The main focus of our membership is the 320+ businesses that we partner with to provide you way to invest in your self care. We have 150+ online businesses where you receive a discount, so you can use your membership wherever you are across Australia to reap ALLL the benefits. Most of our members receive their membership fee back in just a couple of purchases or visits to our affiliates.
Yes our membership is set up to auto renew every 12 months. We know what mum life is like, so we wanted to take one less thing off your “to do list”. But don’t worry - a few weeks prior we will send an email out reminding you that your membership will auto renew and the $69 membership fee will be deducted. In this email we also give you the opportunity to opt out or cancel if your circumstances have changed.*

All of the businesses we partner with are focussed on YOU and your self care. We do not include any children related businesses, as the membership is to encourage you to take some time to fill your cup and invest in your self care. Businesses include restaurants, cafes, gyms, boutiques, day spas, homewares, health coaches and so much more.

You simply need to login in to our website (top right hand corner on our home page) using the email you signed up with. You then click on benefits and you can search our 320 business affiliates. Once signed in the codes will appear in green under each business.
If you choose “online” when searching, only online businesses will show up on the search which is a handy trick 😊
If you would like to cancel your membership you can email us at [email protected] to cancel. Please note that we do not offer refunds if you cancel before the 12 month membership period.
We will also send you an email a few weeks before your membership will renew to give you the option to cancel your membership.
Go to our “benefits” on our home page and you will find our affiliate database. This has all of the businesses where you receive your VIP member benefit. You can search your area by putting in your postcode and choosing how far you would like to search i.e. 10km within your postcode.
You can also search by name or by category if you are looking for something in particular.
As a member you receive $25 discount on all Mums Who Wine Events. You also receive access to our private and more intimate member only events.
Unfortunately no – your membership is attached to your name and login details and cannot be transferred.
When you received your gift membership, you would have received a welcome card with a QR code which you scan to activate your membership. If you cannot locate this, please contact us at [email protected] and we will manually activate this for you.
Our membership was created specifically for mums – with the mission to encourage mums to invest time in their self care and give them time off the “mum clock”. For that reason our membership is only for mums.
