Please read these Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Terms and Conditions") carefully before agreeing to become a Mums Who Wine Affiliate (“Affiliates”) operated by Mums Who Wine ("us", "we", or "our").
Your acceptance of becoming an Affiliate is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all new and existing Affiliates.
If you disagree with any part of the terms then you will be denied access to our Service.
Member Benefit
Affiliates will provide a VIP discount/benefit as agreed on every visit, upon our members presenting their Mums Who Wine Custom Membership Keyring or using their Mums Who Wine Online Discount Code.
Affiliates agree to display the Mums Who Wine Affiliate Sticker and/or A5 Mums Who Wine Poster found in the Welcome Affiliate Pack so that you can be easily identified as a Mums Who Wine Affiliate.
Affiliates accept the onus to train and educate all staff of the benefit that our members will receive.
Affiliates will ensure that every member is afforded VIP treatment and service upon presenting their membership keyring or advising they are a Mums Who Wine Member.
The agreed member benefit can be amended or changed upon written notice.
Social Media
It is agreed that all Affiliates will follow Mums Who Wine on Instagram @mumswhowine_au and Facebook (@mumswhowine) to show their support for our message and ensure that they remain updated on our projects, campaigns and growth.
All new Affiliates will share our Affiliate Post on your social media FEED (not story) announcing that you are an Affiliate and the benefit you are offering. Mums Who Wine will provide an image to use, or you can choose your own if desired.
Mums Who Wine will promote National Online Affiliates on occasions via Mums Who Wine Instagram and Facebook where appropriate and relevant.
Mums Who Wine will promote Local Affiliates through our local Mums Who Wine Facebook Group in the area where appropriate and relevant.
Affiliates will help promote the message of Mums Who Wine and self care on social media where appropriate and relevant.
Website
All Affiliates will be listed on our website (www.mumswhowine.com.au) on our Affiliate Database. This will provide all relevant information including contact details, location, benefit and discount code (to members only).
Mums Who Wine Message
Affiliates understand that the message of Mums Who Wine is to encourage mothers to prioritise time for themselves and invest in their own mental heath and self care.
Affiliates understand that you have been hand selected on the basis that you believe and are committed to this message.
Affiliates are encouraged to help share, promote and raise awareness about this message where appropriate and relevant.
Mums Who Wine has the right to remove any Affiliates if it is believed that they are acting in any way contrary to this message.
Termination of Agreement
The agreement to be an Affiliate can be terminated by either party.
Changes
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
